Since 2005, Serenity Cove and Serenity Newman have provided clean, safe, and inclusive accommodations for men. Nestled in one of Lakewood’s historic residential neighborhoods, both houses are close to convenient public transportation, a choice of grocery stores, restaurants, and locally owned shops.
All residents are expected to contribute to the household via modest weekly chores. In short, Cove and Newman are working communities. To ensure the stability of these communities, Serenity maintains a strict policy of total abstinence from drugs and alcohol.
